WARNING SIGNS

Over-exertion can lead to problems for an athlete, so you should listen to your body closely. Examples of this are if your back is getting sore, stop before you aggravate the problem. If you start to get cramps, it’s a sign you’re most likely dehydrated. Those aches and pains are your body trying to tell you something, listen well.
