WARM UPS

All athletes can avoid many common injuries by simply warming up. It is recommended athletes warm up and stretch for at least 10 minutes. Start slowly with the kind of motion you will be doing. Here are some examples, trunk rotations for golfers, soft throws for ball players, and jogging in place for runners.
